The co-organizer of last weekend’s criminal justice reform rally in Vacaville is no longer facing felony robbery, destruction of evidence or criminal conspiracy charges.
Dalauna Knox was arrested after police reportedly witnessed her stealing a pro-law enforcement flag from an opposition rallier during a protest in front of the Vacaville Police Department on Saturday.
Knox was charged with robbery, conspiracy, accessory to a crime and destruction of evidence, according to jail booking records reviewed by Solano News Update. Her bail was set at over $100,000.

Two other protesters, Jaquan Edwards-Harrison and Isaiah Robinson, were also arrested on robbery charges.
On Tuesday, a Twitter account used by Knox reported that all charges against her had been dropped. Her post was shared by a Twitter account operated by Voices of VV, a grassroots group co-organized by Knox and one that has held several criminal justice reform rallies in Vacaville over the summer.
Knox later wrote that charges against the other two protesters were still pending. It was not clear if the other two protesters had legal representation, but a GoFundMe page created by Voices of VV said the group had been in touch with the National Lawyers Guild. The fundraiser had generated more than $6,000 in donations as of Tuesday evening.
Some of the charges against Knox related to the alleged theft of an American flag at Andrews Park later in the day, according to a police source. The source told Solano News Update Knox allegedly participated in the removal of the flag from a city-owned flag pole; the flag was later burned at the scene, according to the source.
In social media posts Tuesday evening, Knox denied participating in a flag-burning event at Andrews Park and described an article on the matter as “fake news.”
