A traffic stop by the Vacaville Police Department over alleged vehicle code violations turned in an arrest for one area man.
Vacaville police say they pulled over Luis Ramirez, 29, of Suisun City after they say officers noticed the vehicle he was driving in — which was themed after the Batman character Joker — was not up to code.
After asking Ramirez for his license and registration, officers noticied drugs in the car, the agency said. A search was performed where drug paraphernalia and a loaded firearm were found inside.
Ramirez was arrested on drug and guns charges, including being a felony in possession of a firearm.
