Vacaville apartment complex sold for $58 million

The owner of the Camden Parc apartment complex in Vacaville has sold the property for $58 million, the company announced earlier this month.
Concord-based JCM Partners sold the multi-family property to a new holding company bearing the Camden Parc name for a price that breaks down to $250,000 per unit.
Camden Parc Apartments has 232 units across 15 acres of property along Aegean Way in Vacaville. The apartment complex recently completed a round of exterior and interior upgrades.
