The heaviest rain and wind is expected Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning, according to the latest weather bulletin. Flooding and ponding on area roadways is likely, forecasters warned, which will create hazardous driving conditions.
A slight break is likely for Friday before the rain ramps up again through the weekend.
