State health officials are allowing Solano County to revert to the “red” tier of coronavirus restrictions.
The announcement was made in a social media post by Solano County health officials on Tuesday, and the change takes effect on Wednesday.
A return to the “red” tier means restaurants are allowed to offer indoor dining options once again, as long as they do not exceed 25 percent capacity or 100 people, whichever is less. The same is true for places of worship.
Gyms and fitness centers are allowed to re-open once again, but they are capped at 10 percent member capacity. Retail stores will be allowed to increase their indoor customer capacity from 25 percent to 10 percent.
Social distancing measures, face masks and other proactive health measures are still required, officials said.
