Small earthquake jolts Vallejo, Benicia area

A small earthquake centered near Concord sent jolts through southern areas of Solano County on Thursday.
The 3.8-magnitude earthquake was recorded around 11:20 a.m., according to information published by the U.S. Geological Survey.
The shaker was reportedly felt in portions of Vallejo, Benicia and rural areas of Solano County nearby.
No damage or injuries were reported as as a result of the earthquake.
