Power outage leaves 1,200 without electricity in Vallejo

Hundreds of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) customers were without electrical service in Vallejo, the utility company said on Tuesday.
The power outage started around 4 p.m. and is impacting homes and businesses west of Interstate 80 along and south of Faculty Drive and north of the Interstate 80 interchange with Highway 29 south of Lemon Street.
Around 1,200 customers are affected by the outage, PG&E said. The utility company said it was not sure what started the outage, but electrical service should be restored before 7 p.m.
No other information was readily available.
