Police probe shooting that left one dead in Vallejo

The Vallejo Police Department is investigating a shooting that killed one person last week.
The shooting was reported Thursday evening along the 1600 block of Fairgrounds Drive.
Officers arrived to find one person suffering from a gunshot wound. The person, identified only as a 30-year-old male from San Francisco, died at a nearby hospital.
Another person, identified only as a 27-year-old male from Suisun City, was also injured by gunfire and self-transported to a local hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
