Police nab four after vandalism spree at Vacaville school

Police in Vacaville arrested four people on Thursday who were allegedly connected to an incident of vandalism at an elementary school.
Officers were alerted to the vandalism around 1:30 a.m. when a resident contacted police about several individuals who were assembled at a park near Jean Callison Elementary School off Vanden Road.
When officers arrived, they located broken glass at a building on campus.
Several people were seen fleeing from police, some by bicycle, according to dispatches reviewed by Solano NewsNet.
Four individuals, described as juveniles, were eventually detained by officers at or near the scene of the incident. Police recovered empty cans of alcoholic seltzer at the park and on campus.
Police were still processing the scene of the incident as of 2 a.m.
