Free car wash with wildfire relief donation
Both Quick Quack locations in Vacaville are offering free car washes with a donation in any amount. The donations will be used for wildfire relief efforts.
If you woke up to the sight of ash caking your car or truck, here’s some good news…
Quick Quack Car Wash is offering free car and truck washes today, September 9 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at both of its Vacaville locations.
The car washes are free with a donation in any amount. All donations will be given to the Vacaville City Firefighters Charity Fund for wildfire relief efforts.
“Despite being in unprecedented and challenging times with the COVID-19 pandemic, we can’t ignore the need for helping those in need as a result of these fires in our backyard,” Jason Johnson, the chief executive of Quick Quack Car Wash, said in a media statement this week. “We hope we can raise enough money to make a difference in the lives of those impacted.”
Quick Quack is not skimping on the free car wash: Those who visit either of its locations will receive the Lucky Duck package, which includes a wash with Quick Quack's signature shine seal, three-step paint sealant process, rain repellent, wheel brightener, undercarriage rust inhibitor, tire shine and triple-foam soak.
In addition to the fundraiser, Quick Quack says it will chip in another $10 when customers purchase an unlimited car wash membership on Wednesday. Those memberships start at $20 per month for unlimited basic washes and go up to $30 a month for unlimited Lucky Duck washes.
Quick Quack Car Wash is located at 5001 Walnut Road (along Leisure Town Road near the 76-McDonald’s hybrid) and 849 Davis Street (near the WinCo grocery store).
