Got an appointment?
Here are some things you need to know:
Individuals who are 16 years old or 17 years old and who receive an appointment for the Pfizer vaccine must be accompanied by an adult.
Bring a photo ID card, as well as your health insurance ID card. (If you do not have health insurance, the shot will be free.)
Your appointment will last approximately 40 minutes, including check-in, administration of the vaccine and a period of observation.
The vaccine will be administered in the upper-arm. Wear a t-shirt or other top accordingly.
Face masks must be worn, and social distancing measures will be employed where practical.
With few exceptions, adults with an appointment will be the only ones allowed to attend the clinic. (Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis, including handicap or medical necessity.)
Those who need a vaccine and want information on additional clinics should sign up through the county’s vaccine interest form by clicking or tapping here.
