Solano County public health officials have launched an online sign-up form for residents who are interested in learning when they may be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The form was distributed via the Solano County Public Health office’s social media profiles on Wednesday.
Solano County health officials have been holding community clinics over the last two weeks where a limited number of senior citizens eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine have been able to receive it.
It wasn’t immediately clear from the look of the form if it would be used to notify residents about these events or simply to let them know when they’re eligible to receive the vaccine based on federal and state guidance, but a message at the top of the form said “planning for mass vaccinations is under way.”
The form is available to view and fill out by clicking or tapping here.
