Two-alarm fire burns shed, fence in Suisun City

Firefighters have knocked down a two-alarm structure fire that broke out in a Suisun City neighborhood on Friday.
The fire was reported around 5:30 p.m. by neighbors who saw smoke and flames coming from the backyard of a home along Potrero Circle.
A responding fire crew found a fully-involved shed fire in the backyard of a home that was spreading to the residence and threatened neighboring structures.
Police went door-to-door with evacuation warnings throughout the neighborhood. Several residents did evacuate while firefighters worked to contain the blaze.
Damage was limited to the shed and a wooden perimeter fence, according to information and photographs posted by the Suisun City Fire Department online.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
