Teenagers killed in ATV crash near Winters identified

Two teenagers who died after their all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crashed into a tree in rural Solano County on Thursday have been identified as students from Winters.
Noah Marin-Lichwa, 14, and 14-year-old Michael Bazan-Jimenez died on Thursday from traumatic injuries sustained in the crash.
Family members identified both teenagers to Solano NewsNet early Friday morning. Both were enrolled at Winters High School, where a candlelight vigil is set to take place Friday evening.
A third teenager, identified only as a 15-year-old, suffered minor injuries in the crash and was treated at a local hospital.
Investigators with the California Highway Patrol impounded the Suzuki ATV that was involved in the crash.
