Children at center of Amber Alert found; suspect arrested by police

The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert after three children were reportedly kidnapped in Vallejo on Tuesday.
Police are looking for three children and one adult male.
The first victim, Manuel Castaneda, is a 7-year-old Hispanic male who was abducted from Vallejo. Further information about his description was not provided by the CHP in its early morning alert.
The second victim is Miguel Castaneda, a 5-year-old Hispanic male who is believed to have been wearing a Christmas shirt, black basketball shorts and black shoes at the time of the abduction.
The third victim is Francisco Castaneda, a 4-year-old who was believed to be wearing a blue shirt, ripped blue jeans and brown shoes at the time of the kidnapping.
Police believe the three children were abducted by Damien Castaneda, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighing 240 pounds.
Castaneda was last seen driving a white Ford Mustang convertible with a black top, California license plate 7ZKL946.
Anyone who spots the suspect or the children are asked to call 9-1-1.
